Deposit Requirements

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment slot.

The deposit is included in the total balance. Balance is to be paid in cash, cashapp and Zelle. If payment page doesn't show please send deposit to cashapp number +1-(240) 424-1344

Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if we cancel your appointment or an error occurs on our end. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, your deposit can be used for a future appointment slot.

Absolutely, NO REFUNDS

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair, bring it up before you leave the seat! Any concerns must be addressed within 24 hours of installation.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule an appointment, do so from the email confirmation.
To Cancel please call us on +1-(240) 424-1344 hours before appointment time.

Tardiness

If you are running late, please notify us via a phone call or text message

No show Appointments

No show appointments will be charged full price  of the cost of the service and may not be allowed from booking with us in the future.

Your hair must be 4' (inches) long, washed and blown dry straight before service. No oils in your hair.
Styles can not be changed on the day of your appointment. Do not book for a full service if you are getting touch up.
